How do I see the customization options for each mug?
Each mug style has its own customization options. Select your preferred style in this form to see what's available for each one.
How do I place an order?
1. Place an order with your preferred mug style(s).
2. Fill in this form to customize your mug(s).
If your order includes multiple mugs, please fill in a separate form for each mug.
3. We'll send you a preview within 1-2 business days for confirmation.
- Please note that this is not a detailed sketch. It's meant to give you a general idea of the design.
- One round of feedback to request adjustments before we proceed to production.
4. Production begins after confirmation and takes 4-6 weeks.
In some unavoidable cases, such as kiln breakdowns, firing failures, glaze issues, or weather-related drying delays, the process may take longer. We'll keep you updated.
Can I put multiple pets on one mug?
It depends on the mug style.
Paws on Patrol Mug: 1-4 pets at no extra charge
Home Waiting Mug: 1 pet per mug
Peek-a-Paw Mug: 1 pet per mug
Can I order a mug for pets other than dogs and cats?
Yes! We also do rabbits, hamsters, crocodiles, capybaras, and more. Email us at contact@monogom.com before placing your order and we'll let you know if we can make it happen.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! If you don't see your country in the country list, email us at contact@monogom.com and we'll check if shipping to your location is possible.
Once your order has been shipped, we'll send you an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Can I cancel, exchange, or return my order?
Since production begins as soon as your order is confirmed, we are unfortunately unable to accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns.
We recommend reviewing your mug preview carefully before confirming.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us at contact@monogom.com with an unboxing video as proof within 24 hours of receiving your package and we will remake it for you at no cost.
Please note that claims submitted after 24 hours cannot be accepted, and replacement production will take another 4-6 weeks.
