• Select your preferred product in MonoGom Customization Form to see what's available for each one.

Step 3: We'll send you a rough sketch within 1-2 business days for confirmation.

You'll still be able to make changes to any details after seeing the sketch.

Step 4 Production begins after confirmation and takes 4-8 weeks from the confirmation date.

In some unavoidable cases, such as kiln breakdowns, firing failures, glaze issues, or weather-related drying delays, the process may take longer.

Once your order has been shipped, we'll send you an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Since production begins as soon as your order is confirmed, we are unfortunately unable to accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns.

Email us at contact@monogom.com with an unboxing video as proof within 24 hours of receiving your package and we will remake it for you at no cost.

Please note that claims submitted after 24 hours cannot be accepted, and replacement production will take another 4-8 weeks.
