Welcome to MonoGom Studio. These Terms of Service apply to your use of https://monogom.com and any purchases made through our website.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
1. Our Products
MonoGom Studio creates custom-made ceramic pet memorials, personalized gifts, and other handmade items.
Each piece is made based on the photos, details, and customization requests provided by the customer.
Because our products are handmade, minor variations in color, shape, texture, glaze, size, and decorative details may occur. These variations are part of the handmade process and are not automatically considered defects.
Product photos are provided as visual references. The finished item may have small differences from the original reference or sketch.
2. Orders and Customization
When placing an order, you are responsible for providing accurate contact information, shipping details, photos, and customization instructions.
For products that include a custom sketch, we will prepare the sketch and share it with you for review before production begins.
Please review the sketch carefully and request any necessary changes during the review stage. Once you approve the sketch and production begins, significant changes may not be possible.
The finished piece may have minor differences in the final size, placement, proportions, or arrangement of details due to the handmade production process.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices and available payment methods are displayed on the website or communicated to you before payment.
Payment must be completed before we begin processing your custom order, unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
Any applicable shipping charges, taxes, duties, or other fees will be disclosed at checkout or as otherwise required by law.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors before accepting an order. If an error affects an order that has already been paid for, we will contact you to discuss the available options.
4. Production and Delivery
Production time depends on the type of product:
- Custom ceramic products by MonoGom Studio: Estimated production time is 4-8 weeks.
- Other products made in collaboration with local artists: Estimated production time is 1-4 weeks. Please check the individual product page for the specific production timeframe.
After production, shipping usually takes 1-2 weeks, depending on your country. All timeframes are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances. If there are any delays, we’ll keep you updated.
5. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Custom orders involve work and materials allocated specifically to each customer.
You may request cancellation before work on your custom sketch begins. If approved, a full refund will be issued.
Once work on your custom sketch has started, cancellation for a change of mind is not available under our standard policy.
If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or differs materially from the confirmed customization, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide your order number and supporting photos. An unboxing video is requested to help us assess shipping damage.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate order and delivery information.
- Ensure you have the right to share any photos or images submitted for customization.
- Review sketches and respond to approval requests in a timely manner.
- Use the products in accordance with their intended purpose and care instructions.
- Contact us promptly if an issue arises with your order.
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, subject to applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
The content on our website, including product photographs, designs, text, logos, and branding, belongs to MonoGom Studio or its respective rights holders and may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.
You retain the rights to any photos and other materials you provide. You grant MonoGom Studio permission to use these materials to prepare, produce, and fulfill your order. You also acknowledge that MonoGom Studio may use photos of your finished item for marketing purposes, such as on our website and social media. If you prefer not to have your item featured, please let us know in your order note. We will respect your preference.
We will request your permission before using identifiable customer-submitted photos or order-specific images for promotional purposes, unless otherwise permitted by law.
8. Website Availability
We aim to keep our website accurate and accessible, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every listing will always be free of errors.
We may update product descriptions, prices, availability, and website content from time to time. Changes will not remove rights you have already acquired under applicable law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MonoGom Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including applicable consumer protection rights.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are subject to the laws applicable to the transaction and the parties, without excluding mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your country or region.
If a provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms when our services or business practices change. The latest version will be published on this page with its updated date.
