Pets per mug:

• Paws on Patrol Mug: 1 to 4 pets per mug (no extra charge for additional pets)
  
• Home Waiting Mug: 1 pet per mug
• Peek-a-Paw Mug: 1 pet per mug

How to order 

• Place an order with your preferred mug style(s).
• Fill in this form to customize your mug(s).
• We'll send you a mug preview within 1-2 business days for confirmation.
  

• Production takes 4-6 weeks from the confirmation date, plus 1-2 weeks for shipping.
  

Timelines may occasionally be affected by unforeseen circumstances (requiring the mug to be redone from scratch). We'll keep you updated throughout the process.

Care instructions

• Mugs are safe for both hot and cold drinks. 
• Do NOT pour hot water into a cold mug. Thermal shock changes can cause the ceramic to crack.
• Hand washing is recommended. 
• Each mug comes with a free cleaning brush.
  

Shipping

• Free shipping on all mug orders (valid for orders placed before June 30).
• Delivery takes 1-2 weeks depending on your country.
• All mugs are carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival.
  
• If your mug arrives broken, we will remake it for you at no cost. Please submit an unboxing video as proof of damage within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Our mugs are 100% handmade and made to order. Minor imperfections may be present as a natural part of the handcrafting process.
