• We'll send you a rough sketch within 1-2 business days for confirmation.
• Production takes 4-8 weeks from the confirmation date.

• Our ceramic products are safe for both hot and cold drinks/food. 
• Do NOT pour hot water into a cold ceramic product. Thermal shock changes can cause the ceramic to crack.
• Hand washing is recommended. 
• Each product comes with a free cleaning brush.

• Delivery takes 1-2 weeks, depending on your country.
• All products are carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival.
• If your product arrives broken, we will remake it for you at no cost. Please submit an unboxing video as proof of damage within 24 hours of receiving your order.
